Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock once the order is placed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide either a return or exchange.
You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
